So THIS is what it feels like to be on the good side of an upset.
We just beat the defending National Champions, currently ranked #3, breaking their 21-game winning streak.
And we didn’t just squeak by; we won 93-84 and won our first “Thanksgiving” tournament of my college career.
They looked like a real team, guys. Sure we still had some air balled (really?!) free throws, some bad passes and other goofy things happen, but for the most part they played hard and they played together and it was amazing.
Also yes I did spend the last minute of the game crying. First out of happiness and then terror when Marcus hit the ground.
I’m just so proud of the way they played a full 40 minutes. They really left it all on the court, and there’s a clear, tangible (in the form of a trophy) result of their hard work. So awesome.
it’s weird how everyone’s house has a special house smell and the family living there doesn’t notice at all but when you first walk in it’s like getting slapped in the nose with some weird brand of laundry detergent what’s up with that
never ever apologize to me for your dog being too excited to see me
a dog could knock me to the ground and give me a black eye and I would still hug it and love it because dogs hurt because they love too much I love dogs

So I haven’t watched Glee since the end of the third season, but I decided to watch the Farewell to Finn episode just to see how they did that.
Not my best decision. I cried almost the whole time…they started with Seasons of Love and it was all downhill from there (that song can make me cry out of context, so there’s that).
I didn’t even really have a strong connection to Finn/Cory Monteith, but seeing the characters (/actually the actors) grieve really got to me. I cannot imagine how hard it was for all of them to film this episode. I really think they nailed it.

Tygar! Happy 2 Year Anniversary!
Sooo these were the best pictures I could find of you guys (in my pictures at least) from freshman year. Top one is the final mission of HvZ, bottom one Harry Potter premiere.
Hope you had a great day!
Enjoy the memories :)
